Terms of Service

Welcome to Egudam.com(referred to as the "Platform" or "SaaS"). These Terms of Service govern your creation and management of multi-tenant storefronts, accounting workflows, inventory systems, and employee sessions. By setting up a business account, you agree to these legal obligations.

1. Acceptance & Business Use

By activating a trial, subscribing to any business tier, or building a tenant storefront on Egudam, you acknowledge that you are representing a legal business entity or conducting professional commerce. You agree to use the service strictly for legitimate business transactions, accounting, and order fulfillment.

2. Multi-Tenant Accounts & Subdomains

Egudam utilizes single-database scoped multi-tenancy. When you register:

• You are granted a unique Tenant Workspace identified by a specific tenant_id and custom subdomain or path (e.g., /t/your-brand).
• You are solely responsible for securing all admin and staff credentials, managing staff roles (such as Sales Representative or Inventory Manager), and monitoring operational API tokens.
• Any fraudulent or abusive activity under your tenant workspace will result in the immediate suspension of your API access and subdomain routing.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Access to our inventory control, global staff ledger, and custom storefront platform is billed on a recurring subscription basis:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All charges are pre-paid and non-refundable.
• Courier API Integrations: Features like courier automated dispatching (using Steadfast or Pathao APIs) are subject to selected plan quotas and API operational limits.
• Failed Payments: If subscription fees are unpaid, we reserve the right to suspend API access, dashboard logins, and client storefront routes after a 7-day grace period.

4. Tenant Data & Database Isolation

We respect business data integrity and isolation:

• Data Ownership: You retain complete ownership of your inventory data, charts of accounts, transaction histories, customer records, and order ledgers.
• Data Security: Egudam isolates tenant data through secure server-side middleware (TenantMiddleware) and unique DB scopes. We perform automatic encrypted backups daily.
• Data Retrieval on Termination: Upon subscription cancellation, you will have 30 days to export your customer lists and transaction ledgers in CSV/JSON formats before deletion.

5. Prohibited Merchant Conduct

You agree not to exploit the multi-tenant SaaS architecture for:

• Hosting malicious code, launching DDoS attacks, or exploiting system CORS/origin permissions (e.g., DynamicCorsMiddleware).
• Generating fraudulent order queues, committing financial reporting tax evasion, or laundering funds through custom offline cash handovers.
• Reverse-engineering the dual-route mounting backend (routes/tenant.php) or circumventing tenant-aware auth mechanisms (Sanctum/Laravel Echo).

6. SLA, Support & Platform Uptime

We aim to provide a stable, highly available hosting platform:

• Uptime Target: We guarantee a 99.9% uptime for core storefront checkouts and API endpoints, excluding scheduled maintenance.
• SLA Support: Enterprise tier subscribers are provided dedicated slack channels and priority support tickets for immediate incident resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Egudam, its directors, or developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from business disruption, lost sales revenue, or data discrepancies within your custom double-entry accounting ledgers. It is the responsibility of the merchant to audit their balance sheets and verify cash handovers.
